As an Owner’s Agent, Building Construction Team acts as an extension of the developer’s staff managing the ongoing operations of the project. We advise and represent the Owner from the earliest stages of the project, starting with conceptual design, through the final design, permitting, pre-construction, bidding construction, commissioning, and preliminary occupancy stages.
